The 1904 General Store is located in the gorgeous World’s Fair Building, brought over to Alton from the 1904 World Fair in St. Louis. Treat yourself to our fudge, chocolate bars, candy, and check out our wide variety of unique gift items!
The 1904 General Store has an event space that holds up to 30 people and is perfect for birthday gatherings, baby showers, and holiday parties! We are located just across from Brown Bag Bistro’s pet friendly outdoor patio, and the full menu from Brown Bag Bistro and alcoholic beverages are also available when renting this space.
