Elysian is co‑created by fine art photographer Jeff Bohnert, whose creative vision drives the gallery’s exhibitions, atmosphere, and artistic direction, and attorney Janel Freeman, whose strategic mind, determination, and community‑focused advocacy keep Elysian growing with purpose. Jeff brings the creativity. Janel brings the structure. Together, they bring the momentum.
We’re also proud to be a welcoming stop for travelers exploring the Riverbend and the Great River Road. Whether you’re visiting from out of town or discovering a new favorite spot close to home, Elysian offers a bright, quiet, evening café experience for anyone looking for something meaningful beyond the bar scene.
