Donna and Dave own shops in Mineral Springs, so they are in the building everyday and are very comfortable interacting on a daily basis with the unseen residents! Paranormal Investigation with your Team
Historic informational tour of the location with building layout. The building will be yours from 6pm until 7am the next day. There are parts of the building that are under construction, there are stairs, and you will need to dress for the month as the building has some parts without electricity.

Although our tours are focused on history and scheduled for daylight hours, late night paranormal investigations of Mineral Springs are easily coordinated. We have hosted groups from five to over 25!
